About Mikki Hall

I help businesses and organisations define and deliver winning commercial strategies that lead to strong financial results, brand loyalty and a great reputation. I have worked in the public and third sectors in an international context with a focus on the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia. Currently leading global Customer Experience Project for a satellite telecommunication client.

I spend my time between the UK and Croatia at the moment.

I was the directing marketing officer at a number of companies before becoming a fractional CMO. By placing the customer at the heart of business, I help businesses and organisations see the world differently. Through customer journey mapping and insight, I challenge them to focus on what is important to their customers. I support them to define winning commercial strategies, redesign the processes and cultural change that delivers quick impact and leads to strong financial results, brand loyalty and great reputation.

My cross-sector experience spans the lifestyle sector, technology, financial services, hospitality, travel and education. I have worked in the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
