Rasha's motto is "Do it brilliantly and reap the rewards." Coming from a diverse background spanning Africa, Europe and the Middle East, she is passionate about digital and communications, and brings a global touch to any organization.
Rasha kickstarted her career in London with multinationals like Adobe and Black & Decker, establishing and implementing their digital channels. She then spent more than 10 years in leading banks in Kuwait, establishing their digital channels, increasing their digital footprint, enabling digital transformation to drive the channels forward into acquisition and customer-centric channels enabling for an omnichannel future. She also brings extensive Social Media Management expertise to the table, as well as cultural expertise.
All this led her to stc Telecom, where she took a more branding and advertising focus and was a key lead in defining the roadmap to localizing the brand by shifting it from a blue collar to a local high brand, as well as managing a $9.2bn brand and rebranding of that without compromising Brand Equity.
All roles involved defining and executing strategic roadmaps and delivering outstanding performance.
