Innovation in the world of opera as Opera Co-Pro launches the industry’s first global online marketplace

This is the first-ever global marketplace designed for Opera Companies to find the perfect partner for co-productions and trade their current productions. 

The platform is conceived as a dating system that showcases a large number of productions for sale or rent worldwide and opera companies can register and either add their production or browse for operas to buy or rent or co-produce. The system does not find just a list of data results, but matches companies with similar characteristics, requirements and artistic vision, pro-actively suggesting projects for collaboration and showing detailed information for every single production.

It is the first time ever that a worldwide marketplace for opera has been created. Opera Houses can now collaborate together online, expanding their creativity into new markets right across the globe.
