Steve translates ambitions into concrete, deliverable and measurable activities and products. Using a range of approaches, including co-development, a pathway is mapped using small, digestible steps.
A key part of Steve’s experience is working fractionally for over 15 years, in roles and gigs helping organisations and teams focus on business priorities and evolve the position of the customer. This includes using insight and research and developing and cross-examining customer journeys. This has included designing marketing, communications and sales activities and re-branding, new or refreshed web and social media presences, and public affairs and PR.
Responsibilities have included the procurement and implementation of supporting technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM), web presence and content management systems (CMS) and web technologies to enable business change.
Steve is passionate about how Marketing (and Communications) can help drive change in organisations and his pro bono work includes being Director of Communications for the UK Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals.
